I have extensive knowledge and education in nutrition. My goal is to help you learn what foods to eliminate, what foods to eat more of and what supplementation is necessary to heal your body and create a strong overall system.
A strong nutritional base is the start of any health program. We will discuss this in your initial consultation and determine what specific program is right for you.
I offer 30, 60 and 90 day nutritional transformation programs as well as workshops.
I am also available for public speaking engagements and corporate health seminars.
My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
I offer several different methods of assisting with your activity goals. From in person sessions, to online guidance and video based workouts, to running programs for any distance from 5k to ultra-marathons. Whatever your current fitness level and goals, I can help you create a road map to get there.
